Biography

Alastair has a particular interest in Real Estate Litigation and Contentious Construction.

Alastair has experience of a broad range of commercial litigation and has successfully represented clients in the Sheriff Court, Sheriff Appeal Court, First Tier Tribunal for Scotland, Lands Tribunal for Scotland, the Scottish Land Court and regularly advises clients in respect of cases within the Court of Session.
