Over 29 years of civil litigation experience. Draftsperson of the Abolition of Poindings and Warrant Sales Act 2001; Breastfeeding (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011; and the Protection from Eviction (Bedroom Tax) (Scotland) Bill consultation, Protection of Workers (Scotland) Bill, Health Board Elections (Scotland) Bill, Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation (Scotland) Bill, School Meals (Scotland) Bill and the Fair Rents (Scotland) Bill.
