Maximising your Impact in Hybrid Communications with Cath Baxter, Professional Voice and Impact Coach.

Our work environment has completely changed. We are no longer always in the same room as our colleagues and stakeholders. So how do we know if we are getting our message across? In this online training session Cath Baxter, will share how you can become positively conscious of your verbal and physical delivery in a hybrid work environment. Connecting with communication partners can be a challenge in this environment and Cath will explore the best way for us to communicate with respect and empathy under hybrid working conditions. Participants will learn the tools to enable them to increase impact in hybrid meetings, and land their message when they're not in the same room.

Tools explored:
• Understand how to create an optimal physical environment online.
• Understand how to prepare yourself and manage adrenalin for important communications.
• Understand how to develop your physical and vocal presence,
• Understand how to develop your active listening skills
• Understand how to be succinct in your messaging

Biog
Cath Baxter is one of the UK’s leading voice coaches and a Public Speaking expert. For 14 years she was Head of Voice at Mountview, one of the top 5 drama schools in the UK, where she trained some of the UK’s best actors and musical theatre performers. Her time is now spent working with a wide range of business clients and companies, helping them to add greater impact to their communications. She has previously worked with the following organisations: HMRC, Home Office, Department for Education, Independent Office for Police Conduct, Scottish Government Legal Division, RBS Legal, Herbert Smith Freehills, Crown Commercial Service, Companies House, MOD (Guards
